Since I come from the Rhine-Main area, I became aware of Brady early on. When I saw the job advertisement for training as an industrial clerk on the Internet, I decided directly to apply. I was sure that this training suits me well because I was interested in economic issues during my school days and wanted a commercial profession.
Training as an industrial clerk is extremely versatile. Brady enables me to visit all departments and work there through a phase -like training plan. This includes, for example, departments such as purchasing, warehouse and production, but also areas such as the customer service and product management up to the financial and personnel department. Here I can get to know all working structures from A to Z and gain an understanding of company processes and the connections between departments. I am very fascinated by working together between the different areas, because basically everything is closely connected. Raw material that we receive in the warehouse was previously ordered by purchasing and is then processed through production. Then the finished product can be stored in turn and is waiting to be ordered by the customer and being sent again by the warehouse. It is of course also important to market the product, which is carried out via different channels in the different departments. In my training, I learn exactly these relationships and how to control the processes in the best possible way.
Why did I choose this commercial apprenticeship? – Because as an industrial clerk you can be used very versatile and the training covers all topics that are relevant in a company. Sure, the training is demanding but that is exactly the attraction of it … I want to be challenged every day and develop.
I am still at the beginning of my training and look forward to everything that is coming: things that I will still learn and other departments that I will still visit!
