At Brady / Seton we offer young people different ways to gain professional experience – as Business beginners, career changers or Young Professional. In addition to getting started with professional life through an internship, we form different professions out of. Andrea, who successfully completed his training as a specialist in media technology with us, reports on his experience:

“”Through an employee of the Brady company, I was made aware of the training as a media technician. After a one -week trial work, it was clear to me that this training was just the right thing for me. I am still enthusiastic about the connection of graphic and technical requirements as well as different materials to establish our products. Creativity is always required to do orders in the interests of our customers.

In the vocational school, techniques were taught that helped me to quickly adjust myself to the requirements of our machines and to use them quickly under guidance. After a while I had acquired the trust of my instructors and superiors to work more and more independently on the different machines and to participate productively. My training was rounded off by the fact that I also have a wide variety of departments such as B. Purchasing, marketing and customer service went through and now knows how important a smooth cooperation is.

After my training, I was taken over by Brady and I am happy to start working. Through constant investments by Brady in machines and people to meet customer requirements, the tasks are constantly changing, but it is precisely the attraction.“
